01. Event Information

KufiCon is a Muslim storytellers summit bringing together writers, filmmakers, artists, designers, marketers, and creators to learn, connect, collaborate, and share their work.

The event is scheduled to take place at Plano Event Centre, DFW, Texas on October 31st.

Event schedules, speakers, activities, venues, and other details may change when necessary. KufiCon reserves the right to modify the event program without prior notice.

02. Tickets

All ticket purchases are subject to availability and confirmation.

Tickets are intended only for the individual named or designated at the time of purchase and may not be resold without prior approval from KufiCon.

Different ticket types, including Standard, VIP, Student, and Kids tickets, may provide different access or benefits.

KufiCon reserves the right to refuse entry or remove an attendee from the event if their behavior violates these Terms & Conditions or creates a safety or disruption concern.

03. Ticket Refunds & Cancellations

Ticket purchases are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated by KufiCon.

If KufiCon cancels the event, attendees will be notified regarding any available refund or alternative arrangements.

If an event date, venue, speaker, session, or activity changes, such changes do not automatically entitle attendees to a refund.

04. Stall & Exhibitor Bookings

Stall bookings are subject to approval and availability.

Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that their products, services, displays, promotional materials, and activities comply with applicable laws and KufiCon guidelines.

KufiCon reserves the right to decline or cancel a stall application if the proposed content, products, or activities are considered inappropriate or inconsistent with the purpose of the event.

05. Sponsorships

Sponsorship arrangements are subject to individual agreements between KufiCon and the sponsoring organization.

Brand placement, promotional opportunities, event access, and other sponsorship benefits will be provided according to the agreed sponsorship package.

KufiCon may reject or remove promotional material that does not comply with event standards or applicable requirements.

06. Attendee Conduct

We want KufiCon to be a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone.

Attendees are expected to:

• Treat speakers, staff, exhibitors, volunteers, and other attendees respectfully.

• Follow venue rules and instructions from event staff.

• Avoid harassment, discrimination, threats, or disruptive behavior.

• Respect other people's personal space and property.

• Follow applicable laws and safety requirements.

KufiCon may remove individuals who violate these expectations without refund.

07. Photography & Recording

Photography, video recording, and other forms of media may take place during KufiCon.

By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs, videos, or other promotional content captured during the event.

KufiCon may use this content for event documentation, marketing, social media, websites, and future promotional materials.

08. Speakers & Program

Featured speakers, panels, workshops, gaming activities, networking sessions, and other programming are subject to change.

KufiCon does not guarantee the appearance of any particular speaker, creator, exhibitor, or guest.

The information provided on the KufiCon website is intended for general event and informational purposes.

While we aim to keep all information accurate and current, KufiCon does not guarantee that every piece of website content will always be complete, accurate, or up to date.
